| Well, I Know no one really reads this, but, I'm just going to write in it for my own pleasure, or whatever. So, I've been struggling with a lot of stuff lately, and i enjoy it, but i also hate it at the same time! It's really discouraging...But, I have just been praying about it, and I believe the Lord is going to help me pull through and be strong enough to pass through this stuff.
I read this little entry thingy in this book i read as part of my quiet times, and it was the Hebrews 11 verse, which talks about how we need to throw off all of our sin that hinders so easily and that pulls us down, and run towards God, who is the author and perfector of our faith. Anyways, back to the entry thing..It had this illustration of these people rowing in a boat, and they weren't really going anywhere, just in circles and such..and they couldn't figure out why they weren't getting anywhere. Then they finally realized there was a rock tied to their boat and if they untied it, they could row really fast to the other side of the lake(To God!)
So yeah, i thought that was a cool illustration!
